World 1 - Mayfield [Introduction | Action]
[Kirby woke up from his pleasant little food coma to find himself in a strange dark box with a single hole for an exit. Jumping up to his feet he’d run through the hole and out into the light. The first thing he did was turn around to see what he had been in.
It was a dog house, but Kirby wouldn’t recognize it as such. He looked at it first, then slowly around at his surroundings. Everything was strange and alien to the little explorer. Kirby needed a better view though to guess where he was. That meant it was time to try to take to the sky.
The little puff would suck in a deep breath. Then another. Then another. Nothing was happening. He kept at it. Sucking in big breaths as rapidly as he could, trying to puff up. Soon he got dizzy and just fell onto his back and laying there in the yard until the sky stopped spinning.
Finally jumping back up to his feet, our little pink hero was not about to give up. So he couldn’t fly here. Instead he would run as fast as he could. He’d explore his new “world” on foot. Heading out to the sidewalk and then running down the street. It was time to find his friends, a warp star, or something familiar.
Anyone he passed he’d wave at as he dashes by, looking a bit lost but not about to let that stop him.]
