[Finds the letter after sneaking out to get a few things. She sees the return address and knows there's only one person living there right now that's not droned...

Very very cautiously, Ran Fan looks around. She eventually finds him outside. She's not getting too close this time though.]

Kirby...?

[He stayed back in his little self made cage. Sitting there crying. He wasn't going to try to respond this time, just hiding there in the darkness of his dog house.]

[kunaitotheface]

... Who put you in there?

[warpstarrider]

[He pointed at himself. He now stared down at his feet.]

[kunaitotheface]

... Was that... truly you the other day...?

[warpstarrider]

[Unable to explain, he'd keep it simple. Just nodding to her question...]

Poyo...

[kunaitotheface]

... Yet you... seemed different. You were always kind before. I do not feel like you will attack me now either...

[warpstarrider]

[At that statement all he could do was cry. The poor little thing that could be the most terrifying of monsters wasn't coping well.]

[kunaitotheface]

[Alright, Ran Fan is breaking through the barricade and going in there herself now.]

[warpstarrider]

[He'd stumble back not really expecting that. Still he trapped himself inside that little box so he was still at her mercy.]

[kunaitotheface]

[Once she gets the barricade out of the way, she kneels down in front of the small house, hesitating for a moment.

Then she reaches out a hand trustingly.]

Come.

[warpstarrider]

[He hesistated a bit, then reached out and took her hand and let her lead him out. His plan to lock himself away not quite working out.]

[kunaitotheface]

[Gets a better look at him when he's out in the light. He looks more like his old self and less like that thing that attacked her.

She smiles.] Now... You say that that other creature was you? Yet you show remorse for what you have done. You did not show remorse then... Were you changed somehow, by something?

[warpstarrider]

[He just nodded at that. He was definitely something else at that time. Still it was him, just a different him.]

[kunaitotheface]

Do you know how?

[warpstarrider]

[He nodded again. Knowing how it happened and knowing what it was made the situation even worse. In his world the terrible things were intangible. He never had to deal with this sort of mess. In this world the bad things were very, very real.]
