Mini Scotthall Ruislip
Right. Lying cheating fuckers. You know anyone who is buying a Mini or who owns a Mini, tell them to steer clear. They've damaged my car and I've now been told that the manager 'doesn't believe' that the damage is new. Lets get this clear, there were no scratches on the boot last Thursday morning, and there were on Thursday night, and the only place it had been is the Mini Scotthall dealership in Ruislip. It's going to cost hundreds of pounds to fix cause the scratches are so deep, and will involve spraying cause they're too deep to just machine polish out. They've dropped a tool or tool box on it and they know it. If I don't get it fixed it will take hundreds of pounds off the resale value of the car.
This on top of the catalogue of lies, constant evading of phone calls and attempted rip off scams from Karl earlier this year is about all I can take. I thought it would all get better once he left and decided to give Ruislip another chance. I wish I hadn't cause know my lovely car is scarred.
