2015

I've backspaced this so many times, I wonder when I'm going to start writing this proper. The year flew by in a flash but there's just too much to sum up within this space.

2014
You've been such a crazy, greedy kid. Trying to wear so many hats with that one tiny head, regardless of whether they fit or not. Stacking the hats one on top of another, risked falling, dropped some hats while trying to put on more.
(Exploring west coast, exchange withdrawals, R, Summer @ Deloitte, diving, captaining ifg, my last capt sem, back to floorball & frisbee, overloading, uob-nus, caseIT, ICC, 21st, Eastspring, treating and planning my family trip for the first time)

But through it all, I'm glad that I wasn't fickle. Or maybe I was just being stubborn, sticking to my goals/commitments/path and keeping some hats for a considerably long time before they had to be stashed aside. Maybe the hardest one was finally putting that cap(t) aside. That wasn't something I wanted to give up so soon, not something that I wanted to make my choice and was definitely not what I planned to put aside. But I guess all good things come to an end. Thankyou for the memories, capt. For seeing me through my fattest (supper), my skinniest (when I played Ifg ing games back to back), my loudest (year 1), my coldest, my happiest (when capt was Angsana), my most depressing (y2s2), my most rabak drunk (don't know which one), my most stressful (4 exam crunch times, w the last being the worst), my most ahlian kiampah (when I just felt like being a mean bully. No actually when people are being annoying assholes), my kindest (to neighbors I'd otherwise dao), my most fulfilling comm (sportscomm 2012/13) moments. All the friendships that came and stayed (and maybe left).
And always helping me discover myself.

I thought the year I went on exchange would be the year when I'd learn the most but I was wrong. This year opened up my eyes to so much more new sights and wonders and met so many people in the industry and received so much help along the way. It wasn't an extremely positive year, there were good times and bad ones but it was a magical one. And I only got by the year with a little help from everyone around me each day. Thank you for your kindness ✨

2014, you've been good but 2015, I promise I'll make you the best ever yet. (Even though I'm sick on the second day of the year lol)

Things are finally starting to get back on track.
