i'm so glad Manny Pacquiao won the match earlier today in Vegas. quite a fine picker-upper for the country at this point in time. who cares if his English is funny, the guy just won $2,000,000.00+ and did his countrymen proud. more wannabe boxers will start rolling in, that's for sure.
but my goodness, i don't recall Erik Morales looking THAT hot before. pre-fight, anyway. man, i'd like him to knock ME out. heehee.

so, it's the PVD party this Friday. So. i'm keen on going, if only because i know it's gonna be a helluva event, but then again.. paying 700 for a ticket is not exactly on my list of priorities right now. i need to buy plane tickets to IloIlo, plan a bachelorette party on February 8, get a decent haircut, get a wax, a pedicure, buy some necessities (that oddly include fishnet stockings), save up save up save up. i guess we'll see how well i manage my budget this week. more reason to starve myself then.

my anniversary (!!!) with the boyfriend is coming up. and ohmygodohmygod i just realized that it's NEXT WEEK already! i'm horrible enough to not have any idea what to get him last Christmas, but actually seeing the gifts still sitting on my desk makes me feel doubly worse. i have to make it up to him somehow, i know, but when you're like me who hasn't got any clue when it comes to gift-giving for men, then you know how lost i am right now.
and when you know how good he has been, and still is, to me, then you'll see why i'm this pressured. gifts may not be everything, but they still make one heck of a statement. MUST. THINK.
