I was in New York City last December and somewhere in the Village I ran across (or walked on) these ten drawings, each drawn on a separate successive slab of the sidewalk, and I wondered what it would look like if they were animated. Because I'm an animator, and those are the kinds of things I think about. So I pulled out my camera and took pictures, and took the pictures back to Los Angeles and made this tiny little movie out of them.
