First of all, spot. I am at my grandma's for Eid, so it'll probably be days before I can properly sit down and read. Secondly, thank you so much for this. I know it was a bit of a rough journey for you, writing this. I want to say I appreciate it very much.

Hey! Take your time, there is no rush. And no, seriously, thank you, and it meant a lot to me that I was given a chance to write them. Again, I'm sorry for making you wait so long. I really wanted to be able to focus 100% on this story, so I had to put it off until all rl obligations were fulfilled. And nothing about this was hard in a bad way--the struggle was in trying to make these characters measure up to very real people while explaining their relationship in the context of their unique circumstances. Especially with Siwon, who is such a mystery to me. I'm not sure how this fared, but it's a little sad that I don't have a reason to write them anymore. So thank you for giving me that ♥

I really, really didn't mind waiting for this at all. And the fic is much much more than I could possibly expected. I would have settled for drabble after all, this is beyond perfect.

I don't know why, despite Heechul's tendency to make fun of Siwon in public, Siwon's eagerness to please his hyung (or rather his past eagerness), I always get this angst vibe from Sichul. Heechul is good at conquering differences, he is friends with a wide array of personalities but perhaps it only works when the defining term is "friends". Something beyond that is not possible for Siwon and Heechul.

When I watch good movies, I hope I can read the script. I hope I can know what kind of emotion the director told them the characters were in. When I read this, I want to know what kind of music inspires parts of it, the clips that colour Heechul and Siwon's personalities in this, because this fic is amazing in its details and emotion and if I could quote:

-which hit infrequently but also unfailingly like a punch below the belt-that someday soon he’d miss ( ... )

Oh my God before replying I have to say that I really wanted to make a playlist for this!! Just a list of the songs I listened to while writing--and also the photos that I drew inspiration from. I'll post something later tonight ♥
