YALJB (Yet Another LJ Boycott...)
I just don't get it. I mean, I agree that the stuff in this post detail viable infractions of "trust" and "transparency" but gimme a flippin break. LJ is a business, and is acting accordingly within the mechanisms of commerce. Surprise, surprise!
A 24 hour boycott of an online ANYTHING is so far removed from Civil Disobedience that it seems ridiculous. If someone (or many someones) wants LJ to pay attention, then leave LJ for another service instead of puppeting some political-science-experiment wankery.
Better yet... start your damn own! Without the blackjack! Or the theme park!
