[The post comes on to the sound of a delighted squeal, and then the crack of a whip.]

[His voice sounded irritable, but then he sighs, collects himself, and speaks calmly.]
There seems to be a lot of power about this place. Has anyone considered trying to find a source? It may be a lot more profitable than searching for an unlikely route out. After all, if something is so powerful as to reset - or speed up as the case may be - time for us, then I don't doubt that it can easily box us in with no escape.
But if we find that power source and tap it...
It might be the safest and most logical thing to do, in the circumstances. After all, we are prisoners here. We deserve a right to rebel.
