Well, here's a big one...
Last Saturday I went browsing around town with a realtor to see what there was to offer in terms of a house in this town, just looking of course.

Keep in mind, an old lady currently lives there so the house will need some updating. But it's only 2 years old, in immaculate condition, and the neighborhood is great. We close on the house in exactly 3 weeks. I'll use the month of June to paint it to my liking (my lease is not up at my apt. until the end of June).
I'm really excited about this, it's a great house. Let me know what you all think!
