Unmotivated
The title explains my relationship with LJ lately. That and there just isn't much I can say.
About all I can say is that I'm getting busy at work (finally!) and I love my job. What I'm getting busy with must remain a mystery of course. :P
One cool thing though is that a week from tomorrow I'll get to play on a huge military plane, the C-17 Globemaster (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C-17_Globemaster_III) which should be pretty cool. The plane is based with a squad in NJ but for some reason will be on arsenal so we're going to go check it out.
Other than that, not much going on. My parents came up to visit for the first time this past weekend. It was nice to see them, it had been awhile. I'll also be heading home next wednesday or thursday night for Easter.
In some kinda big news, I will most likely be a homeowner within the next year. I might either start looking now and buy a house in July, or sign another 7-month lease with my current apartment and be a homeowner by March 2008. If anyone would have told me a year ago that I would be where I am now doing what I am now, I wouldn't have believed it. Just goes to show how much things can change in such a short time. But things are going well and I'm very happy with where I am right now.
Now all I need to do is meet people and make friends; then it will be perfect.
