i have a love/hate relationship with yahoo messenger. see, i leave all my IM software running 24/7, so sometimes i'll get up and there'll be like 7 IMs from random people. of course, this is on;y because i have a pic in my profile and i'm female. lame, lame intraweb people

i actually did, maybe a week or so after i posted that big long deal in corsetry. i still feel like a bitch for doing that, but...i dunno. it's strange. i still have nothing but good things to say about her personality and her work, but if she ever picks it back up, then she's definately gotta work on her business communication skills. her and i were in a somewhat similar place, she was doing the corset thing and going to school, and i sell on ebay full time and go to school, and on top of that, neither of us drive. so, yeah, things are difficult to take care of sometimes, and it's diffiult to balance those priorities. but regardless as to if you're in a bad place or not, you can't just stop communicating with someone who gave ya $130. that was my biggest bitch with the situation.
(although, i'm probably just reiterating here, but whatever.)

the corset is perfect though...a perfect fit, strong, well constructed, and absolutely wonderful. she even got the exact colour of green silk i wanted even though i only gave her a vauge description of what i was talking about. with the construction, i feel like she went above and beyond to make sure i got exactly what i wanted, and even after that whole debacle, she still gets high marks in my book. it's hands down the best piece i own, and it makes me a little sad that i won't be able to get another from her. but, i guess that's life.
