Hi Frederick,
After reviewing your capp report for spring 2009 graduation, I see that you are missing 3 classes in your major course of study. These classes are PHOT 205, PHOT 306 and PHOT 415. I also see that you have 2 undergraduate internships (one for winter and one for spring) and an undergraduate Independent Study for spring that are not counting toward your degree requirements.
According to the independent study application, this class can only be used as an elective per the chair. If you were planning to substitute any of these classes for the above requirements, please submit signed approved course substitutions prior to the prior to the last day of spring drop/add. Please reply to this email and let me know what your plans are to complete these classes or substitutions for them.

I have filled this paperwork out about 3 times already and every-time I turn it in my Academic Advisor says that everything is fine now. I now have a week and a half to fill all this shit out, get it signed by the Photography Chair, then by the Communications College Chair and then Registrar...again.
I better graduate in May. I cannot afford another Student Loan.
