A large portion of the compound had been allotted energy for lighting and running water. There are isolated areas where these amenities are unavailable or irregular and those will be addressed as time permits.
At this time I request you limit requisitions to only essentials, such as food. Efforts will be made to re-initiate a regular food distribution system such as the former Mess Hall, however for now individual requisitions may be placed.
[OOC: Most of the apartments and the stores have power and water, although they may act quirky for a while. Heat as well, now works. (It IS still cold, after all.) How goes the clean-up efforts?]
