The cuffs have been reset to their previous limitations. In the future, residents will refrain from intentionally attempting to sabotage the Indigeo or there will be severe consequences.

What about those who wanted to help it? They didn't deserve punishment. Especially when they offered to deal with a job that you seemed to temporarily abandon.

If anything it was your fault.

If I had not "abandoned" my post for that period, every resident in the compound would be as obedient as the one who started this in the first place. And it would not be temporary.

Not everyone was punished. Only those whom triggered the cuffs specifications. There were a number of residents who were not shocked at all. What does that tell you?
