Just a hunch, but I don't think the inexplicably Spanish Dons Roderigo, Santos, Alejandro, Soto, Carlos, Gonzales, Rigoberto and Julio are from Gilneas. I don't know where the fuck they're from or where the Spain and/or Mexico are geographically speaking on the Azerothian map, but I don't think it's Gilneas, otherwise known as Tim Burton's Victorian Gothic Fantasy.

Lord Bane Venomclaw Badass's hubris almost made me heave up a 7 pound hairball.
A satire that actually made me laugh. At least he's not RPing as "I'M A DRAGON, RAAR~" "...oh yeah? Explain the saddle, chief.".
