I suspect that most will live on as remnants who survived and are living in exile like some form of Azerothian Taliban.

I could see them hiding in Outland possibly going after what's left of the Legion (or had a few troops already there when the Scourge hit the fan).

To preface this, there's a thread on the HERO forums called "Create a Hero Theme Team", where someone gives a team name, number of characters and the theme/motive of the team. So you could have a team who specializes on space stuff to a team who protects gambling events to a team of Japanese teenagers sent to America
