A change of tune
Last night's fight was over as quickly as it began. I have to remember not to get so worked up over little tiffs I know will be over soon.
I've been sick for about a week and was feeling extra shitty today so I asked Dan to tell me a story. He told me about how when we first started seeing each other, and would call each other almost every night, he would make sure to get home about 10 minutes before he knew I got off work and would be calling. Then he'd make his mom answer so he could seem all nonchalant about it.
Hearing that story got me all excited like I used to when anticipating talking to him and it made me feel better.
A little dose of the zsa zsa zsu goes a long way.
