(no subject)
So. Last night was the Choral Coffee House. It went as well as could be expected despite rather annoying mic troubles.
I was in a really strange mood and people kept telling me that. I don't know, it was weird. Besides that it was a pretty cool coffee house. Hopefully the next one will be better, but apparently they are doing like 5 or 6! this year so I've got to get some new material..yikes!
School hasnt been too terrible and I'm into the swing of things now. Despite being utterly exhausted every end of the week, my classes are going well :)
Emily saw the fields of athen rye the other day! That's the name of one of the Irish folk songs i've played at a coffee house. She was a tad "tipsy" in her opinion on the phone and kept rambling about how expensive beer was on the phone. I love my sasta :)
Today I'm going to Volunteer at the Women's Hospital for a childrens carnival then going to B &N to do homework then to a cookout t'night at daly's. Should be fun stuff. Life is just truckin along right now but i've been in this weird mood lately when i'm not busy thinking about school. It's a little bit depressing so I'm trying to motivate myself to be positive and have fun! Seriously.
Well this post was semi-boring but it's cool. I'm off to Volunteer...yay for being a good citizen :)
