Thursday night on the scale

Well last night was a good weigh-in.  After losing and gaining the same 10 pounds a half-dozen times this year, I've been diligent this week writing everything down, wearing my fitbit (if not going to the gym) and lost 4.25 pounds.   This brings me not quite to my lowest weight (still off by about 5.4 lbs) but its a move in the right direction, at least.
