OK seriously time to move on, the Eurovision season is over. I admit it was very very fun this year though. Maybe it was before as well but I doubt it. So with a hilarious summary I came across today, later esc.

lol at the moustaches of Greece and Turkey

Haha yeah that was the highlight of the night =) I also love Iceland's volcano gun ^^

You watched it online then? As I found out this year, the real fun of ESC is following the progress up to the finals. You know the parties, red carpet, interviews, backstage, rehearsals, those kind of things. So you already have an idea about all the entries and silly trivia. And then watch the final with hundreds of people online with hilarious comments while having a party of your own hehe. In the end, you are drunk and laughed until your stomach and cheeks hurt and well, you barely watched the actual show anyway :p I'm glad our entry this year was maNga so I was suddenly very interested. Love those guys even though I don't *like* everything about them if that makes sense.

haha, yeah I watched it online. Unfortunately, they don't show it on television here on the U.S. I didn't really watch the interviews ans stuff so much, I usually like to watch the performances. What I know about the artists is really what I either already know because others have told me (like what you told me about maNga) or if I like the performance I look them up.

Also, I didn't get to watch it on the weekend that it happened because I was out of town :O That's probably why I missed some of the excitement this year (I know alot of the fun comes out of getting drunk while watching ;) )

I think the performances this year was actually some of the best so far. Probably because some of the performances were more like how contemporary music performances are done (even with the robot :p)

I read you need satellite to watch Eurovision in the US but I'm not sure - and from what I've seen so far, most Americans don't even know what ESC is. Not that I blame them, not at all. Aussies are realy an exception at that though. To love a show that much even though you can't participate in any way =) I'll try that with Asiavision and see if it works ( ... )

I only know a handful of people IRL that watch Eurovision haha. I wish it was bigger in the U.S. so they'd air it on the channels ( ... )

Sorry for replying late, I managed to injure myself yesterday. Oh this is so embarrassing... But thankfully I failed to break my ankle. Now I won't be walking for a few days and my butt hurts already ( ... )

Oh no! I'm sorry about your foot, bb! *hugs*

That Police song is so stalkerish, now I can't unsee it in that Denmark song. Also the male singer kind of looked like Sting. I mostly liked it for the chemistry between the singers.

I only watched Spain's 2nd performance because I was hoping the fan would come back :p

The Georgian's singer's voice was amazing, but the performance looked so similar to Azerbaijan's so me.

So far, the only thing I could find about Asiavision is what looks like a network of television channels among several countries in Asia. :/

Things like that can really ruin plans :/ How long will it take for your foot to heal?

Thanks for the link! I hope the peformances will end up on youtube since that might be the only place I'll be able to watch them. But the site said it won't be until November so hopefully there will be another place to watch it then.
