I won't lie. The idea of Tomu!Phantom and Ran-chan!Christine makes my heart feel all twisted up and mangled inside ( Read more... )

Have we been waiting for Hanagumi to do it again after five years, really?

Not necessarily Hanagumi, but yes, they had to revive it.
Next will be Kazetomo... ^^'

The revue could really be anything, except the red moon thing the description doesn't say much at all... count me in as excited about Nihonmono.

Do you think Ran-chan has the voice for Christine?
I barely ever heard her sing and therefore have no clue if she does and am curious to know.

I'm just 1) peeved that the pic of the 16th century leader in that wiki article you've posted doesn't show up on my computer, so I can't get an idea of what Yuuhi'll look like *headdesk*, 2) worried about Ran-chan, because Christine has all those high notes 0.0, and 3) LAUGHING MY HEAD OFF AT KIRIYAN OMG YES WTF IS THAT.

Marimo's make is very . . . natural O_O

OK never mind. Went to the Japanese article and found the image there.

. . . I cannot even IMAGINE what she's going to be like O_O;;;;;

Too late to fix it since you replied to your own comment, but you should always say "make-up" -- "make" doesn't cut it as a shortening in English.

Re: Ran-chan, she'll have had more experience than Ayane-chan did when she played Ayane, at least.

Re: Yuuhi, I'm sure she's had *some* bald-cap role before...?

Ahh, OK. I was thinking in Japanese as I looked at the picture and I meant "メイク", but I just translated it in my head the lazy way *smack* It happens nowadays > <;;

True about Ran-chan, though <3 And I'm sure visual-wise she'd be extremely beautiful in all her costumes, and her childlike innocence is perfect for the character :') And Tomu!Erik is anticipation at its best <333

I don't recall Yuuhi having a bald-cap role though . . . I know she's had two moustaches and she's sported several horrifying wigs before, but . . . *cringes at the thought*

Speaking of deformed heroes. What is that even.
LOL, I thought the same thing...but I have to admit, it's a very creative way to make her up without going too crazy.

I AM SO EXCITED BY SORAGUMI NIHONMONO! LIKE YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE :D I love Nihonmono shows so much, and I wanna see Kacha go traditional, especially for that period of history. Awesome period for costumes. Some of my favourite shows ever are the Mariko-era Nihonmono (Really, there's nothing as adorable as Saeko playing the gay prettyboy of the Shinsengumi. Even if Mariko does gut him like a fish a few scenes later)

Also, re the Beauty and the Beast thing...I think it's against Takarazuka rules to *really* uglify their Top Star ;) They've improvised in an interesting way :D

Oh oh oh, have you seen Ryoma-den where Kacha plays a Shinsengumi soldier?? For like, one scene, but still?? :D

(Mariko in Japanese make-up and Gay!PrettyBoy!Saeko are also very good, I agree X3)
