Irimachi and Gaijin Funtimes on 10/4
Okay. I told myself I can't do anymore posting of pictures or memes or anything until I get this done.
I woke up from a horrible dream about there being no Casablanca DVD because Hankyuu couldn't get the rights. D: The day got much better from there though. ^^
Standby for me was at the lazy hour of half-past one. jenebi had arrived at my place the day before, and we were going to be heading into Mura to meet up with arlecchinic, sumire_no_hana, faux_semblant and possibly gummical whenever we all got our butts in gear. ;)
Gen and I ended up getting there at... what, 11:30AM? We met up with Manda in MisDo -- she had already finished Magee iri (she'd also messaged me saying Kacha went in early and had 10 people with her ♥).
Cate eventually joined us as well, and Tegan texted me saying she'd be able to make it as she ran out the door in order to get there in time for Tomu iri. We all jabbered at each other and stole glances at Rena coming in for donuts and three TMS girls having lunch until Elise showed up, the party moved to Izumi and I went on standby around 1:15PM.
Not long after, Riku, Ai-ai and Arisa-chan went by together ♥ Then 1:20PM-ish, Micchan walked out of the parking lot with her daihyou, and I admired her new hair color. It's reddish brown -- not quite as red as Alice-chan's was for AmeUta. With Micchan's, in the sun I could see faint blond highlights and mmmm, I approve ♥ ♥
Just before 1:30PM, Dai-chan ♥ I recall a long-sleeved button-up shirt with small, black polka dots but a plain white collar and cuffs. And jeans, probably. Four fans.
Just after 1:30PM, Chii-chan ♥ Purple sweatshirt, possibly black pants tucked into boots. Six fans.
Alice-chan, accompanied by Harada-san, came close to 1:40PM. Navy blue dress with small, white polka dots, under a blue cardigan. Beige cowboy boots. Her hair was half pulled up into a ponytail and half flowing down. The "up" part was held by a beige scrunchie with sparkly bits on it. She was also wearing small, dangly earrings, possibly blue.
As we crossed the street from Housing Gardens to the theater-side, Shiiran went by on her bike and nodded looking a bit like a deer in the headlights like a good, respectful underclassman from another troupe should ;D ♥ ♥ ♥
I was like, "so the roles were announced..." and asked if 'Annina' had a lot of stage time or not. "Well," said Alice-chan, "I can't say a lot... but it's that way for everyone" so 仕方がない or something. ^^;;; I failed to ask her about musical numbers and instead changed the subject to her vacation, which I hadn't gotten around to yet with all the Aida talk before. ;) Unlike previous breaks she doesn't seem to have done much traveling, other than going to a couple of hot springs -- she named one I haven't heard of, and then "eh... which one was it... oh yeah, Arima" (the most famous hot spring in the Hyogo area, how could she forget XDDD;;;) I wanted to ask who she went with, but chickened out for fear of prying. Instead, I told her that during the break *I* had gotten confirmation of passing the level 2 Japanese Language Placement Test because I'm a show-off and she congratulated me politely. There we had to part and she waved before going in...
...And then Harada-san jogged back to me and said "was your hair that short before?" XDDD I told her I'd gotten it cut in between iri and de on Friday. X3 We crossed to the other side of the Hana no Michi and she apologized for the demachi spot changing suddenly on Friday night (actually Alice-chan had apologized too ^^;; ♥) and of course I said it was no problem. Then I asked Harada-san lots of questions about points and campaign things for Casablanca and if shonichi and raku tickets were going to be possible or not. (Our forms are like "circle here if you'd like shonichi/raku tickets and we'll see what we can do.") Harada-san said that things looked pretty good right now, but then was all "anyway don't worry, of course there'll be a ticket for YOU" and ♥ ♥ ♥ Harada-san ♥ ♥ ♥ Way to feed my ego.
So then I was grinning all the way back to Izumi and kept grinning as TamaTama walked right by me playing with her iPod (or other similarly-shaped electronic toy X3).
From then fun times with the gang, with the brief addition of a girl named M-something who was seeing the show that day with a big study abroad group and is a friend of a friend of Cate's. I was called upon to once again run through the plot of Gaiden Berubara Andre-hen and apparently the Julie Narrated Version is much more hilarious than the show actually is. Apparently. ^^;;;
M and Elise left 2:30PM-ish, and the rest of us chatted for another hour, then a brief trip to An where I bought the new Kageki, obtained amazing Graphs and chirashi from the free box, and nobody else bought anything I think. ^^;;; We all enjoyed new Kageki together... A friend of Tegan's from Tomu Club passed by to say hi... Gen realized what time it was and we all scrambled to get her to her Touko birthday event on time. Parted ways with Cate and Manda at NishiKita, Tegan and I got off at Juso as Gen continued on to Umeda...
...Came home, intended to watch something with Tegan but ended up having a three-way phone conversation with Becca. ^^;;; I think that's about it for the interesting points of the day (oh that and after Tegan went home I watched the Sky Stage news disc Manda gave me ♥ ♥ with Monchi and Arisa-chan Sky Fairies who apparently start and finish the news by calling themselves the 宙組元気いっぱいコンビ oh my god the love).
