Everyone is doing it, and you knew I would too, so...
The 95th class has been sorted. Our newbies in Soragumi are
Ayaka Mari,
Suzuka Maya,
Sakuragi Minato,
Mirei Jun,
Mamiya Ryouko,
Nanao Maki,
Reimi Urara,
Asao Ren and
Rumi Jun.
I love all of them by default, of course. But my instinctive "squee!" reaction was at Sakuragi Minato, Mamiya Ryouko and Reimi Urara ♥ ♥ ♥
Comments on each one:
Sakuragi Minato - is soooooo cute, but lists no favorite color or flower. Dork. Her stage name is somehow related to her hometown. Double dork. :P
Mamiya Ryouko - she likes nabe, and TETRIS, and is practically the only 95th to list an actual role she'd like to try playing (Elisabeth). And I figured out that she doesn't look like a foreigner, she just reminds me of Tomomin. ^^;;;
Reimi Urara - our much-beloved tall, gangly musumeyaku! ;) She lists herself at 164.5cm, whereas Ryouko above says 165cm. Heh. X3 Also, she collects shiny things. XD
Suzuka Maya - special talent "English conversation". IS THAT SO. HMM. I'M INTRIGUED. (...Plus she's cute and I like her name.)
Nanao Maki - she was the one I thought for sure was related to Sora 94th Haruse Ouki... maybe because THEY BOTH HAVE LOPSIDED EYES and both of their names end with -ki (even though they're different kanji). >.>;;;
Rumi Jun - at first I was thinking she reminded me of Mappuu... But actually, with those cheekbones and the shape of her mouth, doesn't Shii-san come to mind?
Mirei Jun & Asao Ren - these are the types I like for their doofy, dorky faces alone. X3 Height is also a plus. ;)
Ayaka Mari - her name has only one character of difference from "Hanafusa Mari".
...Sorry, that's all I've got. ^^;;;
I can't help but point out our two 'Jun's. Soragumi has never had a Jun before (I don't count Jun Aira)... ever, strangely enough. :O
Also of note, the 95th I loved so much that I wrote to her -
Kizuki Yuuma - ended up in Tsukigumi. Take care of her, Moon Troupe!! (If you're curious, I was betting on the four out of five chance that she WOULDN'T end up in Sora; it makes letter-writing less awkward and helps me spread my love around.)
And sadly, as I think most people noticed,
Moebuki Mahoro has retired without ever standing on the Grand Theater stage. :( :( :( Congratulations on graduating from the Music School, Moeko-chan, and please please take care of yourself and find happiness somewhere.
Lastly, two apologies...
1) I'm sorry that all the 95th pages aren't updated yet; I've been kind of doing them sporadically in a "however I feel like it" order.
2) Unfortunately I won't be able to take pictures of the 97th class selling violets this year, because both sumire-uri events have been canceled. STUPID SWINE FLU. >.>
