Some sad things, some cute things
I want to go to bed, but I don't want to go to bed.
I guess I'll make the post I was going to make before I came home and talked to my wife on the phone for an hour and a half.
I've told some people already, but I found out from Alice-chan today that the reason we don't have role names for Bara ni Furu Ame is because THE SCRIPT ISN'T FINISHED YET. "So nothing's decided yet," Alice-chan said.
Nice work, Masatsuka-sensei. Way to be on top of things.
Alice-chan didn't do much during her time off besides relax and see Phoenix Wright and My Dear New Orleans. I asked if a lot of Soragumisei went together to see Phoenix and she said no, a lot of them kind of saw it separately.
For New Orleans she was in SS-seki and clapped really hard for Shun when she sang out on the ginkyou. Also, of course, cried a lot.
I asked her if there was anyone else in Hoshigumi she's interested in, and she laughed because probably "interested in" isn't quite the right way to put it. But whatever. I made her laugh. ♥
So for now they're rehearsing Amour, Sore wa, but after only one day she couldn't really tell me what the revue was like.
The truth is I didn't write a letter for iri this morning. Shocking, I know. But I knew if I tried to write anything to her it would just come out really, really depressing.
I was actually really good today. I cried a lot, but that was because I saw My Dear New Orleans / A bientot again. There were even more tears than before; from me and from the cast (Gen and Cate can probably give a more accurate report, I mostly just noticed Asuka in the farewell scene).
But anyway. I was really good, even afterward when we watched the Phoenix raku digest at NishiHo, and people asked me about "Well what's going to happen with Phoenix 2?"
Then on the way home I was reading Backstage Diaries in the new Kageki and the stupidest thing made me tear up.
In Sattsun's Backstage Diary, she asked everyone what Phoenix character they'd like to play other then their own.
Tomu = "The Judge, or Lotta Hart!! I can't pick which one~"
Eriko = "The Judge!!" she replied immediately (laughs).
Masami = "A phoenix dancer ♥ I really want to try wearing that costume ♥"
Susshii-san = "Lotta Hart! I want to play her with an afro three times that size."
Aoi-san = "Maya-chan. I want to have the power to communicate with spirits."
Chiyako = "Maybe Neus; I really want to act up her part."
Dai-chan = "Leona! Because Phoenix loves her so much."
Mii-chan = "Monica! I want to have such a kind sister."
Sattsun didn't give her own answer. She said "I'll leave it up to your imaginations."
