Written for this prompt at the How the Winchesters Got Their Groove Back commentfic meme.
The thing is Sam’s soul. It hovers in the palm of Dean’s hand like the head of a dandelion, bobbing on the air currents. It is tiny and silvery and delicate.

The meme is still quietly going, btw. I had to kind of abandon commentfic ship in favour of working on my dissertation for a while, but the pressure has eased off a bit now so tomorrow Imma have a read of everything properly and maybe FILL MORE?! And also start replying to comments on the above fic omg so slow, self. so slow.
Also, poor_choices and other people have done this meme so now it is my turn? Ask me a question here, I will answer it tomorrow/Fri. Win-win?
