It is quite possible that I will be overcome by a fit of embarrassment before the day ends and private this post to hell and back, but right now I CANNOT STOP SINGING THIS SIMON COWELL/DELILAH SONG and if I can get it stuck in a few other people's heads whilst breaking my No Singing rule, it will be worth it.
