Damn, Sam thinks. He has no way out of this without, er, hurting the angel's feelings or some crap like that. And well, Sam is touched. He really is. After all, it's not like his and Cas' relationship was all flowers until a certain point and he's honored that Cas had planned to give him one anyway, but... it's pink. And Dean is never going to let him live this down. But damn, Cas is looking at him with those two huge eyes of his with such hope, and he obviously put effort into this, and it means he did it out of genuinely caring for the both of them.

Damn.

While Sam knows that if he says yes he won't get the chance to take it off until it falls down on its own...

"Alright. Sure, it's... it's pretty awesome," he blurts, and Cas' eyes look so happy now that Sam will just shut up and endure the pink. He offers his right hand and there's something strangely intimate in the way Cas' warm fingers delicately tie the bracelet around his wrist, making a tight knot. His skin is smooth against Sam's and he shivers for a second. Cas looks at it with a lot of satisfaction before standing up. Sam figures he's going to disappear.

"Sam?"

"Yeah?"

"She also told me that one is supposed to make a wish when they get one. Will you?"

Sam looks at the bracelet, definitely and obviously pink; he gives Cas a small smile because he just can't avoid it.

"Sure. I'll think about it."

Cas smiles back at him, tiny and barely there, before vanishing. Sam feels fucking warm all over for some reason.

Five minutes later, Dean gets into the room with Chinese take-out and immediately spots the pink on Sam's wrist.

"Dude. What's that?"

"Cas made it. Don't look at me that way. He said he was going to give it to you, but since you weren't there and he planned on making two he just gave it to me."

Dean blinks at him. Then looks at the bracelet. Then drops the food on the table and goes towards the bathroom.

"Shit, Sammy, you're such girls."

"Hey, you wouldn't have refused it either!" Sam shouts at the closed door.

The next three days are hell. Dean calls him either teenage girl or Samantha or sister most times, a number of people raise their eyebrows when they see the pink around his wrist (which doesn't match with pretty much 99% of Sam's clothes, by the way) and at one point he comes close to taking it off. But then he remembers just how pleased Cas was as he tied it around his wrist and what it would mean on his behalf if he did take it off. And he can't. It's dangerously closed to some kind of rejection and that's not really what he's planning to imply next time the angel drops by. Instead, his fingers brush the embroidered pink threads as he makes his wish. It's not like Dean hasn't made fun of him for most of their lives anyway.
