My parents and I spent two ad breaks discussing the winking thing. TWO. I thought we were maybe done with it after the first one, but then the next break came along and my mum rounded on my dad and said 'TRY WINKING WITH YOUR OTHER EYE WITHOUT CONTORTING YOUR MOUTH!' Cue several minutes of gurning.
(My current, Highly Scientific theory, fyi, is that the eye you wink with may have something to do with which hand you use. BECAUSE, see, right-handed people tend to use the left side of their brain more, and vice versa, and both my dad and I are left-eye winkers. My mum is some weird ambidextrous wink freak, but we won't talk about that.)
eta: IN THE NAME OF EVEN MORE SCIENCE! Which way do you turn your head first, left or right? I will get to whatever seems like the bottom of this if it kills me.

More importantly, this is Morven Christie and she is my new girlcrush:
Annoyingly, this is the best picture I can find of her, so you'll all just have to watch Monday Monday on ITV to bask in how utterly adorable she is. (Also, said TV programme seems reasonably okay, one episode in. Maybe has potential to become quite good, even!)
