Octopi ARE pretty :D And when they're not, they're so ridiculously UGLY you've got to love them. Lookit:

Oh I don't know. Yes, it's pretty and spirally and all but I keep thinking about how squishy it must be, and I know you're not meant to squish them but... it's all I can think of. :(

I don't like kittens. I like puppies. But I wouldn't squish them. Besides, I don't recommend trying to stroke an octopus. Puppies curl up in your lap and make snuffly noises. Octopi don't, for which I think I am kind of grateful.

And I see you trying to traumatise me there.

... I am not quite sure how I ended up taking this side of the argument. I would much rather have a puppy snuffle in my lap than an octopus.

It was a cunning distraction technique :D
