Sometimes, I feel very much like I'm living in one of those gentle, middle-class family sitcoms you get on the BBC a lot. This is the only way to explain it when people jump out of cars to kick my dad's bike, or Mum steals next-door's wind-chime whilst they're on holiday, or trousers appear in the house that don't actually belong to anyone. Also, I engaged in a rather spectacular round of egg-dropping slapstick this afternoon, so I expect I'll spot the secret hidden cameras any day now.
Anyway, I successfully signed up to remixredux08 last night! And now feel rather like I ought to finish off some of my many WIPs so whoever gets stuck with me has a wider selection to choose from.
Watched 3x12 last night, and I'm not sure I quite dug it enough to rouse myself into some excessive squee. I will say this, though:
Dear Mr Kripke,
STOP KILLING MY BFFS. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE MERE STEPS AWAY FROM BECOMING THE SHINY-HEADED FILLING IN AN INCESTUOUS WINCHESTER SANDWICH. Obviously, Hen(d)ric/ksen is now living in some delightful hunter afterlife with Andy and Ash and unevil!Ava. I expect the spin-off series on my desk in the morning, mister.
PS. I don't really care much who dies, so long as it isn't Samandean or Bobby (permanently, anyway), but could you maybe let one of the awesome black dudes live a rich, full life to 102, just so fandom will shut up about it?
PPS. Lilith is totally Ava, right? C'mon. You know she is. Stop pretending like she's really gone, Kripke, I AM ON TO YOU.
PPPS. On a vaguely more serious note, Krip, what I would really like now is a Heart-parallel episode. Because I am really curious to see how Sam would react to that situation these days. Or if he would even react to it at all, considering the whole 'luring sweet, innocent girl to him with puppy-eyes so he can grab her and steal her crucifix' thing (plus the whole DEAD ON THE INSIDE thing). It's all left me seriously wondering how capable he is of connecting to unDean people in any significant way these days.
