OOC: Updated Info Post
Tony's eighteen, male, gay and Canadian with brown hair, blue eyes, fair skin and a gold ring through his left eyebrow that I always forget to mention in narrative and is in only one of his icons. But it's always there. He Took A Level In Badass this summer since I put him through the second and third books of his canon.
He now has a rune burned into the palm of his left hand. This rune allows him to grasp energy as if it were physical and it lets him draw energy into himself through the rune. If your character has a non-physical form, he may be able to touch it. (Not dirty. Probably.) For example, if Kitty Pryde was in her phased stage, he could grab her arm with his left hand and actually hold her. This is something I'd clear with you OOC before actually doing, of course.
Other abilities: He's a wizard, so he can do lots of magical stuff. Now that he's gone through canon, he'll be able to learn new spells and abilities a little quicker. Pretty much anything new he tries will not work out right the first time, though. He also has the wizard ability to "see what's there" which is mainly a magical/second sight.
He has no psychic defenses currently, so he's wide open to telepaths. With his powers, I believe he's capable of learning to put up some kind of magic/psychic shields, but he hasn't had the reason to try yet. If someone starts poking around in his brain, though, he will start protecting himself.
Darkest Night is a TV show from his canon. The first season has aired and can be found on TV in reruns. The DVDs have just been released. Season two will begin airing this fall. A little more on the show here. By the way, the main character, Raymond Dark (played by Mason Reed) looks a lot like notsobadatall. The mortal sidekick, James Taylor Grant (played by Lee Nicholas) looks exactly like Nick Lea.
ETA: The Player: Airawyn, aka Emily, aka Logan (since psycho_jackass is my oldest character.) I'm in Pacific time, working a day shift. I don't have a lot of time to play at work most days (though I often do a little anyway) but I'm usually around for evenings and weekends. I'm another one who's shy about pinging or bothering people, but feel free to tag me anytime. I'm also always up for plotty stuff. If you see me playing with the same people over and over, it's probably because they're the ones who poke me and say, "hey, wanna start a thread?" Please do the same if you want to play! I'm working on doing more pinging myself, but being approached is always welcome.
