Claire was still pretty cranky when she woke up. On one hand, sure, she now had scientific proof that she and Jon were in no way related which was a very good thing. On the other hand, Sam and Dinah were apparently in love and she was angry about it on Peter's behalf.
She had already told Sam how she felt, but Dinah had gotten in pretty late after the play, so they hadn't had a chance to talk.
