[Sighs as he comes home to the apartment, gently knocking on the door.] Neal?

"Door's open," he says but gets up to get it anyway. Opening it he gives Peter a smile, leaning in to kiss him. "I'm still trying to figure out why you knocked."

[ooc: We so need a verse name for these two. That way I can throw it in Neal's journal. Going to use prose too.]

"Because it's not my apartment. It's yours." He smiled and shook his head, shrugging off his jacket and draping it over the chair. "How was your day, dear," he teased.

That has him rolling his eyes a bit and he moves over sitting down, "That means you have to knock, honey?"

[ooc: I'm actually getting ready to watch the third ep of S3 now. Otherwise pretty much up to date.]

"And I did, darling." He rolled his eyes and began to strip, taking off his tie and unbuttoning his shirt. "This summer heat isn't helping either. I almost passed out on the way home."

"But I'm saying that you don't need to knock," he smirks. He, himself, was only in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. "Can I get you anything to eat or drink?"

He nodded his head. "A beer would be great." He had to admit, he wasn't used to seeing Neal so casual. He liked it. He moved into the other room and changed out of his suit into a pair of sweats and an old shirt from college. Yes, he'd kept some clothes there.

Walking into the kitchen he grabs out two beers before moving back out to the living room. Sitting down he sits his beer on the table and hands Peter his. "You're staring," he says with a laugh. "Something wrong, Peter?"

"And you're in jeans."

He wanted to discuss work with Neal, but he couldn't. Not yet. He wasn't sure how to bring it up. "Why so casual?" Reaching out, he took the beer from Neal, letting their fingers touch.

"Are you complaining?"

Leaning back in his seat he takes a drink of his beer, "Maybe because I want to be. I'm not working after all."

"Yes, I know..." He smiled and sipped his beer. "Not complaining at all." In truth, it felt good. He'd missed Neal terribly when he was down in the cave. "It's the only time I see you anymore."

DUDE awesome. *snuggles the boys tons* Poor Peter. Stupid Cave. And El was amazing.

"Maybe we should do something about that," he says with a smirk. "Or maybe I should just make up for lost time."

"We can do either or." He sipped his beer, gazing around the apartment. "Hey... Have you had company?"

Oh god yes!

"I did," he says not really elaborating on the subject. There'd been a few things that he'd needed to find out. Things that he just wasn't... he wasn't sure what to think of them yet.

can we assume that neal and peter have talked or do you want to play that out?

"Good to have Mozzie back." He smiled and sipped his beer, pulling out a chair and propping his feet up. In all honesty, he liked Mozzie. He was good, for the most part.

"It is good to have him back," he says with a smile. Another sip of his beer and he watches the other man. "You got any fantasies up in that head of yours. Anything you want to do to me?" He's getting the subject off of Mozzie.

Peter thought about it. The least he could do was be open with Neal, after Neal had been open with him. It had meant a lot for Neal to let him in.
