Hex is powerful. Very powerful. Can swing people around like ragdolls with her mind and alter the very structure of things around her powerful. She's also insane and the self proclaimed Queen of Chaos. So! Here's what I want to know, keeping in mind that she's also physically strong enough to throw people through buildings and can fire energy blasts from her hands:
Is she allowed to use telekineses on this character?
Is she allowed to hurt this character?
Is she allowed to deletekill this character?
Is she allowed to mess with this character's stuff?
Her ability to change objects does extend to sentient beings, but that ability will only be used after thorough plotting between muns as it could very well lead to bad things if nobody convinces her to reverse whatever she did.
