My work life has been consumed by people taking it upon themselves to force me to live up to my potential, whatever that might be. It seems a little at odds with the constant complaints I receive regarding my lack of approachability and general intimidation factor. How intimidating can I be if, no matter where I go or what I do, someone sees past

much of my employment frustration stems from the fact that all three of my bosses constantly ask me why i'm wasting my time here when i have such a great skillset for design/production and it/software support.

i always stare at them blankly wondering just how they want me to answer that question.

one even went so far as to say that, were he my father, he'd make sure i was back in school finishing my degree.

then he asks me to do excel data entry.
