Less than twelve hours and I will no longer stink of Deep Woods Off. I will sleep for more than five or six hours a night. I must admit - I like their tendency to injure themselves. Watching a child trip on his own feet and burst into tears warms my heart. It's both entertaining and only slightly less satisfying than tripping him myself.

I had the same experience earlier this year. I watched a young dog for a friend for a week while he was out of town. After three days I was twitching in a corner with drool coming out of the corner of my mouth.

The extra special part is that we are supposedly in end-game for our next major product, so every hour I get of freedom (usually about two a day) I spend attempting to work on my laptop.

I bet you miss the puppy more than you think you will. It's all the nice parts like taking naps together that make it all worth while. Sounds like she just needs a steady home filled with love that only you can give x.
