An Anglo-American software engineer, a Chinese software engineer, a Korean software engineer, an Anglo-American quality assurance engineer, and a Japanese quality assurance engineer are huddled together in an eight-by-eight office, all struggling for control of a single keyboard and mouse in a vain effort to make progress on a particular bug. Funny thing though, the problem exists solely on a Japanese client and only one out of the five can actually determine which menu items correspond to copy and paste.
