Well I am back home. I had such a great time and learned alot about myself and my walk with Christ. Although I wish I was back in camp. I need not shelter myself. I should go out into the world as a disciple of Christ. As I left camp I knew that Satan would attack me. To try to bring down all my hope, But he failed. I left with a new rock in my heart, a good rock. Not the rock in my heart that I left at camp, a rock that brings new hope. I rock that means I can forgive and forget. A rock that means all my sins can be forgiven a rock that says I can do anything in Christ who strengthens me. Like I said before camp was awesome! I learned sign language to the song The Voice of Truth by Casting. At first I was so upset by the song but I really like it now and wish to do sign language next year. I tried to kill a counselor. Just kidding (he-he)... I got close to some of the counselors. Jen and Beth were really cool. I'm going to miss them but I'll write them. I got to see Tarchelle, which was fun. I also got to run in a giant hamster ball FUN! Praise and worship as usual was great. I even liked my small group. Only one problem... I got the camp funk. Yep, I'm sick. I have a cold. But I'll get better. Oh yeah I also got red bull in an "A" encyclopedia. Thank Cody. I love you sweetie! I had a blast!!! Please be praying for Cody on his mission trip to Mexico. He broke his whole toe and will be on crutches. Poor thing had walked on it for ten days not even knowing it was broken. Please pray for me. I might be a doing a sermon one Sunday on a youth Sunday. Also that I will have a loving spirit to those who hurt me and that I’ll be able to kill with kindness. Thank you all!
Psalm 18:2
The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the strength of my salvation, and my stronghold.
Romans 12:17-21
Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head." Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
