Summary: “Why is Hulkling not talking to Wiccan?”
“Why is Hulkling not talking to Wiccan?” Kate asked Eli while they were walking towards the subway.
They had just fought a dozen mafia guys and during the fight, where the gay couple would usually obviously lookout for each other, only Wiccan showed his concern. But Kate noticed Hulkling never once stood more than 5 meters from his boyfriend.
“I heard from Cassie that it was something about Wiccan saying ‘I love you’ and Hulkling not believing and Wiccan getting mad and Hulkling saying he would never love him entirely cause you know, he’s green and stuff, so my bro left and slept on the couch.”
Tommy showed up from nowhere, as he always did, and answered Kate’s question. Which wasn’t directed to him, but hey, since when did Tommy care about personal space?
“Tommy, don’t you ever shut up?” Kate whined but was already thinking of a way to make the two love birds kiss and make up. Eli just rolled his eyes and told them he'd be heading home, since it was no mystery that he and Tommy weren’t on good terms.
Because of Kate, of course.
“I do when I sleep. Now where is my brother? ‘Cause you know, I don’t care if he’s gay, I want him to get laid.”
“You’re a pig.” Kate was smirking while saying it, so Tommy wasn’t concerned. Not that he ever was. So he picked her up without her consent and ran until he found the lovebirds talking.
They stood far enough to see and still hear them.
“Why can’t you believe me, Teddy?” Wiccan had tears in his eyes and he was trying to get his boyfriend to look at him. He cupped his cheeks with his hands, forcing him to look up from the floor and into his eyes. Maybe he’ll see it, Billy though. Maybe he’ll see how much I love him.
“Because it’s not possible. How can you love someone who turns into this?”
Teddy closed his eyes. He couldn’t see Billy cry. He didn’t know why, but it was impossible to accept what Billy was telling him. Because truth be told, he wasn’t sure he had accepted himself as a half Skrull half Kree.
“Damn it, Ted! Don’t you love me?” Wiccan rested his forehead on his boyfriend’s chest, the tears falling down. Why was it so hard? Why couldn’t he prove it to Teddy?
He finally drew a reaction from Teddy with this, though, when he was pushed away and Ted put both hands on his shoulders, looking angry. “Don’t you dare question that, Billy! You know I do.”
“Then why can’t you believe it when I say it? I. FUCKING. LOVE. YOU.” And before Teddy could transform back to human or do anything, really, Billy kissed him without giving Hulkling any chance to withdraw.
So Billy threw his arms around his boyfriend’s neck and let Teddy lift him until he was holding him by his legs, which were now wrapped around his waist. He didn’t care that Teddy tasted different, or that his lips were stone hard against his, not opening up. It was Teddy.
“You’re my Teddy. Green, yellow, red. I don’t care as long as you’re mine.”
He opened his eyes and saw Teddy go back to his human form, his eyes glistening with tears. “I love you so much, Billy.”
“I know. So stop pushing me away.” Wiccan smiled and kissed him again, this time finding soft lips and a warm tongue pushing against his. A hand found its way to his hair, keeping him close.
But of course, something had to get in the way. And since it was usually someone called Tommy, this time it was not different.
“Ok, I get it, you both love each other and stuff. But Teddy, you don’t transform when you have your dick up my bros’ ass, do you? Cause you know, that would be a bit problematic since you’re kinda rock hard when you’re green.”
Tommy was still smirking when Teddy tried to punch him and when Billy told him to fuck himself and when Kate said he was going to pay for ruining such a beautiful moment. Because truth is, he had to stop them before everyone noticed he had tears in his eyes. It was indeed a cute scene.
