[Nisei can be seen, curled up real tightly into the space between the wall and the bed. Rather than antsy and violent, Nisei tried secluding himself again, trying to get away from the horrible paranoid feeling. His hands are on his head, pulling himself in tighter.]

[The puppy, who also seemed to understand and share in everyone's uneasiness, sensed Nisei's emotions getting the best of him and came over to him, laying by his feet and whimpering.]

[Nisei peers up, slightly startled by the contact and smiles ever so slightly.]
...s-stupid dog.
[He reaches out shakily and pets the puppy briefly.]
You're just a stupid dog... what reason do you have to worry? [Nisei shakes his head.] ....Your name really does suit you I guess... Echo. [Chuckles softly, still shaking slightly. However, the puppy seems to have actually made him feel a little bit better.]
