The only Hell we'll ever be in is the one we created ourselves, it's a paradox; we're forever searching for our personal happiness, yet when the opportunity arises to change it were almost always blind to it .. we're our own worst enemy, our worst critic. remember, the people you envy hide their flaws well too, they may not be visible but we all have them. you have one life to live, give it all you got. if u get the chance be who you are, instead of who your not. cause when you die, you'll want to look up and smile think back on things you did instead of what you thought.
i was underweight, then i was overweight, but now, im just normal.(5'9 135lb) what worked for me- only eat when hungry, which usually isnt alot of food at all. if u do that then you'll stay an ideal weight. don't turn to things like food when ur upset or depressed, i stopped doing that and i shed 15 pounds in 6 days(no joke!), and eventually my goal- 30 lb. in about 45 days. you can do it! they only person youre able to dissapoint is yourself, don't let yourself down.
Hate is baggage. Life's too short to be pissed off all the time. It's just not worth it.
