Well I guess I like adding to my problems because I seem to do it so very well. It all started so small, how did it grow this big? I can remember being in middle school and not liking the way my legs were so hairy, although at that point I was really quite pretty and well defined from years of gymnastics and a reeally really active childhood. i was underweight, then i was overweight, but now, im just normal.(5'9 135lb) what worked for me- only eat when hungry, which usually isnt alot of food at all. if u do that then you'll stay an ideal weight. don't turn to things like food when ur upset or depressed, i stopped doing that and i shed 15 pounds in 6 days(no joke!), and eventually my goal- 30 lb. in about 45 days. you can do it! they only person youre able to dissapoint is yourself, don't let yourself down.
Hate is baggage. Life's too short to be pissed off all the time. It's just not worth it.
