YAY day 1 of my fast was successfully done.
i had 2 cups of tea, 2 bottles of water, and half a glass of OJ and half a glass of grape juice.
2 1/2 hrs done at the gym, and 2 "sexytime" sessions with my bf lol
i burnt 2516 cals at the gym, which was my goal, and then extra just like, breathing and stuff.
the only problem i ever have is at night, coz i always get peckish if im fasting. so ive decided that if i do feel like eating, i can have 1 half celery stick, and 1 half carrot stick and a sppon of salsa.
so that should tide me over =)
