hmm today was a painful day..literally
-was doing a front flip on beam and completely missed my foot so my leg scraped the beam and my butt hit it 2 and i fell on the ground with a huge plop...ouch for the rest of the night..my poor little leg.. :(
-then on vault i was doing a timer (not the real vault..just a practice before) and i came down hard and hit my head on the hard mat...instant headache right there...ahh
so ya im pretty banged up and everyone gets to see my lovely bruise tomorrow when we go to THE BEACH!! WOO that will be fun...i hope em, cassie and kim have a ride home!! ilu guys lucy will take care of u!! haha
