:) i just now saw your comment in _ticklish_. ok, so what you do is go to the main page (where you see all the entries) and you click on where it says ":) sharing the fun (:" (right below the pic of the lady with no teeth, and the calendar&stuff). that will take you to the user info page, and there you can read all the rules and find the text of the application you need to fill out. :)
