OMG!   I had a bing last night.  I ate like 250-300 cals of tortilla chips.  bah!

that puts my deficit at like 650-700, not 1000

Food:

300 - 3 eggs with ketchup
200 - chips
90   - yogurt
200 - cheese
180 - 2 cookies
150 - chicken
160 - 2 potatoes
200 - veggies

=1480 calories

Exercise:

-250 - 1 hr walk
-50   - other
