DANG IT.  I am so busy its hard to  lose weight and exercise.

this morning I was 127.8.  Yuck.

Coffee: 50 (o/o)

fibre drink: 240 (30 protein, 15 fibre)

sandwich: 360 (34g of protein,  6 fibre)

special k bar: 90 (o/o)

salad with chicken: 200 (23g protein, 0 fibre)

tea: 0 (0/0)

Sandwich: 370 (34g protein, 6 fibre)

TOTAL CALS :  1310 (87 protein, 21 fibre)
