i don't think i'll be able to weigh myself for four days. longest i've ever gone. hopefully be down a lot by then. i'm planning on eating carrots, lettuce and maybe crackers or granola bars, but def. soup at hand (chicken and stars..60 cals and tastes awesome) my goal will be- 106 for when i get back. hope i can do it. there better be a gym at the hotel- i packed for working out a bunch. well. i'm praying the next time i write to you, it'll be good news.. (i.e reaching my goal)
