so this morning i was supposed to go biking with a friend, but i guess she's too fat and lazy to ever get up. i knocked on her window like 10 times, so then i decided to go by myself after i came online for a lil bit. so i went 4 miles. then came home and took my dog on a walk. used my stopwatch thing and recorded all my burnt calories. 194. hopefully make that like. quadruple. i joined minus_20 too. hope that helps. read about the mary kate olsen thing too. she's so perfect. i feel bad for her though. that will be inspiring. the xcountry coach passed by when i was biking. lol. it would have been perfect if i were running.lol. but i'll do the biking thing again tonight or even in a few hours. well. gg.ttyl
