.On a side note....I want this one job so bad. I've never wanted a job this bad in my whole life..because basically, I've never wanted a job.
I called Kennedy Krieger for an interview, but the lady told me a "gal" was offered the position but is choosing between other options...so I'll know by Wednesday. She told me about the job. It's basically two positions Teacher Assistant/Research Assistant working with preschool aged kids with autism. It's a research project to see what treatment method is best for helping them learn and such and such. Anyway, it's so incredibly detailed.
The Research assistant part is working for detecting autism early in kids...the study is 6 month olds to 3 year olds. Anyway, this sounds incredibly appealing to me, and I'd get full benefits, dental, health, retirement, all that jazz. She asked me if I planned on attending grad school full time when I get to that point in my life, and I said, well, ideally I'd like to work and attend, and she sounded pleased with that response...I REALLY want this.
